In this Privacy Statement ("statement"), we, Tyler Search Consultants, Inc. provide information about how we collect, use and transfer personally identifiable data from you, a web site visitor, through www.tylersearch.com

Types of Data and Collection Methods.

When you send a message to request information (as a client, candidate or otherwise) or otherwise actively send us data, we usually collect and use your name and email address(es) and certain information related to the business you represent. If you contact us as a candidate, we additionally collect resume information. In each such instance, you will know what data we collect through the site, because you actively submit it.

Collection Purposes, Use of Data.

We use the data we collect for the following general purposes: To respond to the request that you sent us such as your request for information on our services or your candidate or job search; to administer, protect and improve our site and our systems; to better understand the preferences of our site visitors; to compile aggregated statistics about site usage; to inform you about our services.

Disclosures of Personal Information.
If you send us your resume, CV or other job search-related information, we may share it with potential employers to identify job opportunities and in the context of checking out references and resume details (of course, you can instruct us not to contact your current employer or request other limitations). We are not in the business of selling or renting your information to telemarketers and do not share your personally identifiable information with others, except as follows: We freely share your information within Tyler search Consultants, Inc. We may share your information as required by law or in the interest of protecting or exercising our or others' legal rights, e.g., without limitation, in connection with requests from law enforcement officials and in connection with court proceedings. Also, we reserve the right to fully use and disclose any information collected via the site that is not in personally identifiable form.

Where We Store and Process Data.

We keep data in New Jersey, and our Tyler Recruiters can access the information from anywhere in the world.

Opt-Out.

If you opt-out under any circumstances, we will respect your decision. To opt-out of receiving further commercial email or to unsubscribe from services, please contact info@tylersearch.com. Please note that our affiliates, clients (including potential employers) and other data recipients have their own data privacy policies, which may differ from ours and you would have to contact them separately with respect to opt-out requests.

Access.

If personal information you have submitted through the site is no longer accurate, current, or complete, and you wish to update it, or if you would like to withdraw from consideration for a position, please contact info@tylersearch.com to advise us of your request. Upon appropriate request we will be glad to update or amend your information, but we reserve the right to use information obtained previously to verify your identity or take other actions that we believe are appropriate.

Security.
